Be assured that the team at Cut, Sew 'n' Go respects the privacy of all our customers.  Any personal details that are received from contact with our customers will not be made available to any other business or organization.

Payments

Our prices are quoted in Australian dollars. The actual conversion to your own currency will be handled by PayPal.

Payments can be made using any of the following methods. Email us if you wish to use another method.

  • By PayPal
  • By check (cheque)
  • By invoice (wholesale customers only)

  By far the easiest method to make payments on the Internet is by using PayPal. If you select the Payment Method of "PayPal" from the drop-down list on our Contact page, we will send a request for payment to you via PayPal. All you have to do is confirm the request and the transaction is completed. It is all done by email.

  • If you already have a PayPal account (eg for trading on eBay) you can use that account here as well.
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily set one up by visiting the PayPal website and following their instructions.

PayPal works as a clearing house between the sender (you) and receiver (us). It enables anyone with an email address to send and receive online payments. Your email address identifies your PayPal account and no bank or credit card information is transferred over the internet when performing an online transaction. Money is transferred from your PayPal account to our PayPal account, not directly from bank account to bank account. You decide whether to source your funds from your bank account, your credit card, or both. If you wish to make an immediate purchase, link your PayPal account to your credit card since it takes a few days for them to verify the link to your bank account.

Cheque Payment

Some of our Australian customers may want to send us a cheque in the post. If you select the Payment Method of "Cheque Payment" from the drop-down list, your order will be accepted subject to the receipt and clearing of your cheque with our bank. All cheques must be in $AUD.

Invoice

We include a Tax Invoice with bulk purchases of our book by our wholesale customers. Payment is then generally made by direct bank transfer. Retail outlets should contact us to arrange for ordering and payment.

Dispatch

Every effort will be made to ship your books within two working days. They will be sent in a strong envelope or satchel, however no responsibility will be accepted for damage that may occur to them once they are out of our hands.

Returns

Books may be returned (at your cost) and a refund for the book itself will be made, provided that the books are in an unmarked condition.

Since our additional sewing projects are in the form of Adobe Acrobat files, we will not accept returns of these files for a refund.
